Sealed bids will be received, publicly opened and read in the office of the Adjutant General, 1410 Riverside Drive, Jackson, Mississippi, 39202-1271. Electronic Bids may be received via MAGIC portal or Physical Receipt. FOR: Replace Roof on Amory Readiness Center, Amory, MS

Plans and specifications may be obtained as paper prints or in electronic format from Planhouse Printing via the jbhmplans.com website. Cost of electronic and paper prints will be listed on the website. Bid documents are non-refundable and must be purchased through www.jbhmplans.com. Question regarding Planhouse Printing and www.jbhmplans.com should be directed to the Planhouse at 662-407-0193.

A Pre-Bid Conference will be conducted February 9, 2022, at 11:00 A.M. at the Amory Readiness Center, 1710 Hwy 25 N, Amory, MS 38821. ALL PROSPECTIVE BIDDERS ARE ENCOURAGED TO ATTEND.

Bidders shall be advised that in accordance with the Mississippi Code, the Military Department has Thirty (30) calendar days to deliver a warrant to the vendor from the date an application for payment is determined to be due and payable under the terms and conditions of the contract.

The Adjutant General reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids and to waive informalities. Award of contract is subject to availability of funds. Bids will be held open for 60 days from bid date.
